Test results, recorded during the production of electronic circuit boards, represent outstanding assets. Yet, far too often they remain idle, be it lack of staff time or even absence of a proper analysis software.
What is our offer?
- An efficient data and result processing
- Automated extraction of relevant test information from the on-site optimiSE TestBase. NDAs and data anonymisation (upon request) guarantee confidentiality.
- A „Cloud Worker“ forwards those data in selectable timing to the optimiSE Server. All analyses are executed on that server.
- Analysis results and reports are archived by the Cloud Worker at the agreed location in the local optimiSE TestBase.
- A powerful analyse software as foundation
The Test Management Suite has been specifically conceived for the development, analysis and optimisation of test programmes and test hardware. It consists of:
- A “tailor-made“ data base – – the TestBase and its dedicated TestBase Browser.
- A “smart” production control – the Tester DashBoard.
- A “all-in-one” test analysis – the reduFin Suite.
- (Temporary) lease models offer the usage of the Test Management Suite to the customer.
Alternatively, analyses can be ordered from optimiSE, in particular those of routine character.
The Test Management Suite is always executed on the optimiSE server.
- Significant data analyses and reporting
- Routine analyses and reporting (e.g. daily or weekly reports to the production quality). Regular delivery of results to the customer in the agreed reporting form.
- Alert- and monitoring functionalities e.g. on First Pass Yield loss or non-authorised alterations of test programmes (omission of tests, limit changes, etc.).
- Special analyses such as GR&R studies.
- Large-scale data analyses (“Big Data Mining“).
What are the key advantages?
- All applications are run and maintained by optimiSE.
- The customer receives the agreed results/reports “carriage paid” and completely without work load.
- Low and flexible costs. The financial effort is not at all comparable with the acquisition and, most of all, the operating expenses of analysis software in situ.
